Following a long T20 World Cup campaign in India through February and March 2026, Jacks asked for more time with his family, which MI management allowed, but he still hasn’t arrived in India to join his teammates.

The situation became tense when social media posts showed Jacks on holiday in Morocco and Paris with his fiancée Ana Brumwell, sparking frustration among MI fans watching their team struggle.
