ZIM vs IND 2024: Most runs, most wickets after 3rd T20I, Harare

India won the third T20I by 23 runs and took 2-1 lead in the ongoing ZIM vs IND five-match T20I series.

Fantastic knocks by captain Shubman Gill, opener Yashasvi Jaiswal and top-order batter Ruturaj Gaikwad helped Indian cricket team post a competitive total of 182/4 in 20 overs against hosts Zimbabwe in the third T20I of the ongoing five-match series at the Harare Sports Club in Harare on July 10.

After winning the toss and opting to bat first, Indian skipper Gill scored 66 runs off 49 deliveries, whereas his opening partner Jaiswal added 36 runs.

Meanwhile, Gaikwad scored a quick fire 49 off just 28 deliveries, which helped visitors go past the 180-run mark in the third T20I. For Zimbabwe, Blessing Muzarabani and captain Sikandar Raza bagged two wickets each.

While chasing 183, youngster Dion Myers played a fighting knock and remained unbeaten on 65 runs off 49 balls, and wicket-keeper batter Clive Madande scored crucial 37 runs, but hosts Zimbabwe just reached 159/6 while chasing the target.

For India, off-spinner Washington Sundar picked a three-wicket haul, while pacer Avesh Khan bagged two wickets as the visitors won the third T20I by 23 runs and took a 2-1 lead in the ongoing five-match series.

ZIM vs IND 2024: Most Runs

Indian batter Ruturaj Gaikwad climbed to top of the run-scorers chart with 133 runs to his name after end of the third T20I. His teammate Abhishek Sharma is ranked second with 110 runs with two more games to go in the ongoing five-match T20I series.

Indian skipper Shubman Gill is placed third with 99 runs. Zimbabwe’s Dion Myers and Clive Madande are placed fourth and fifth with 88 and 66 runs, respectively.

After the end of the third T20I match between IND vs ZIM, Indian all-rounder Washington Sundar jumped to top of the list of highest wicket-takers in the ongoing series with six wickets to his name.

Indian bowlers Ravi Bishnoi and Avesh Khan, with six wickets each, occupy second and third positions respectively.

Zimbabwe veteran all-rounder and captain Sikandar Raza is at fourth position with five wickets. Indian pacer Mukesh Kumar is placed fifth with four wickets to his name.
