Didier Deschamps confirms no replacement for injured Karim Benzema in France's squad

The 2022 Ballon d'Or winner is the latest player to be ruled out of the tournament
Real Madrid attacker Karim Benzema has been ruled out of the tournament after suffering a thigh injury during training. Karim Benzema, who recently won the Ballon d'Or after leading Real Madrid to the Champions League and LaLiga titles, will not play in this World Cup.
