Jamal Musiala becomes first teenager to record 100 appearances for Bayern Munich

The young midfielder is showing his quality this season with consistent performances.

Jamal Musiala of FC Bayern Munich becomes the first teenager in the club’s history to make 100 appearances. The 19-year-old has already made 22 appearances across all competitions for the Bavarians as of 13 November 2022 in the 2022-23 season. His 100th overall appearance came in the Bundesliga fixture against FC Schalke 04 on Saturday.

When it comes to exceptionally talented teenagers, Jamal Musiala’s name is one of the first to be considered in world football. The German has secured a regular starting place in the FC Bayern Munich lineup this year, thus enjoying a lot of gametime and opportunities to showcase his talent.

Furthermore, Jamal Musiala made the final squad that will represent Germany at the 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar. That is a massive recognition of his talent and potential. Jamal Musiala has already won three Bundesliga titles, one UEFA Champions League trophy, one FIFA Club World Cup trophy, and three German Super Cup titles. 

If his career’s trajectory continues to rise in the same way, then Jamal Musiala could go on to make a lot more appearances for FC Bayern Munich or any other elite club that moves to sign him. His current market value stands at a whopping €100m, making it a challenge for any club hoping to recruit him.
