This German top-flight season was one of the most exciting in recent seasons

The Bundesliga 2022-23 season came to a dramatic end, with the league title being decided right at the death in a topsy-turvy matchday 34.

Let's take a look at the winners who outperformed the other players and even bettered their tally of goals scored this season. From the forwards to the playmakers and the shot-stoppers, we have the list of all winners for you.

Bundesliga Winners: Bayern Munich

Points: 71 in 34 games, Goals Scored: 92, Goals Conceded: 38

Starting the day two points behind Dortmund, Bayern Munich needed their title rivals to slip at home and claim all three points in Cologne. They were given the perfect start as Kingsley Coman superbly curled them in front after eight minutes, and as word spread of Dortmund trailing early on, Bayern fans were jubilant as their team looked good to retain their title.

But Dejan Ljubicic's 81st-minute penalty put the cat among the pigeons and swung the title back in Dortmund's favour. Bayern wasn’t to be denied, though, with Musiala popping up with just a minute to play, sending Bayern's fans delirious in the process.

Bayern, who sealed their 11th straight Bundesliga honour, were crowned Bundesliga champions for the 33rd time. As per Opta, Thomas Tuchel is only the second coach in Bundesliga history to take over a team in the second half of a season and become the German champion. The only previous case came in 1993–94, also with Bayern when Franz Beckenbauer took over from Erich Ribbeck.
