FIFA Club World Cup 2025: List of qualified teams
32 teams will play for the prize
On the eve of the 2022 World Cup final, FIFA’s president Gianni Infantino announced that there will be a 32-team FIFA Club World Cup tournament. Now, it has been made official that the USA will be hosting the tournament in 2025.
In the current format that is being followed, only seven teams feature in the final tournament that is held every year.
As the number of spots has increased, so has the participation of clubs from each continental association.
Europe will have the most participation in the 2025 competition. They have been given 12 spots. Of these 12 spots, three have been already occupied. The UEFA Champions League winners from 2021-24 are set to have a direct entry into the competition.
Chelsea were the first team from Europe to qualify for the FIFA Club World Cup 2025. The Blues were followed by Real Madrid and this season’s champion, Manchester City. As for the remaining teams, there will be a rank-based system for the four-year period.

South America will have six club representatives. Copa Libertadores winners from the 2021-24 season will get a direct entry into the competition.
The CONCACAF will have four representatives in the Club World Cup. The CONCACAF Champions League winners from 2021-24 will get a direct entry.
AFC and CAF also have four spots each in the competition. These four teams will be the Champions League winners in Asia and Africa from 2021-24. Oceania will only have one team in the competition. The highest-ranked club from their Champions League winners between 2021 and 2024.
The host nation will also have a representative club at the FIFA Club World Cup.

UEFA: Real Madrid (Spain), Manchester City (England), Chelsea (England), Bayern Munich (Germany), PSG (France), Inter Milan (Italy), Porto (Portugal), Benfica (Portugal), Borussia Dortmund (Germany), Juventus (Italy), Atletico Madrid (Spain)
CONMEBOL: Palmeiras (Brazil), Flamengo (Brazil), Fluminense (Brazil)
AFC: Al Hilal (Saudi Arabia), Urawa Red Diamonds (Japan)
CAF: Al Ahly (Egypt), Wydad Athletic Club (Morocco)
CONCACAF: C.F. Monterrey (Mexico), Seattle Sounders (USA), Club Leon (Mexico)
OFC: Auckland City (New Zealand)
