The transfer round-up of 23 June features some of the biggest done deals and rumours for the day. Clubs want to confirm their signings before the pre-season starts. This allows the player to spend more time with his new teammates and he tends to settle well in the squad.
According to The Telegraph, Chelsea have rejected Inter Milan's £7m loan bid for Romelu Lukaku. However, it was reported earlier by Standard Sport that Chelsea only want to sell him. Lukaku had earlier turned down a move to Saudi Arabia as he plans to continue to play in Europe.
Chelsea have made their intentions clear that they only wish to sell the player. Lukaku wants a move to Inter. This means that the Italian team has to come up with an offer to sign Romelu Lukaku.

Sandro Tonali's €70m move to Newcastle United came as a shock to many. However, it has been reported by La Repubblica that the player had no intentions to leave AC Milan. In fact, he broke down in tears upon hearing the news.
Arsenal expected to meet West Ham's valuation for Rice
Both Manchester clubs have recently shown their interest in Declan Rice. Arsenal, who already saw their bids rejected by West Ham, are planning to meet the valuation price of £100m. With Manchester City and Manchester United interested, this becomes a three-way race. However, the player is more interested to join Arsenal.
Bournemouth sign Justin Kluivert
Bournemouth have signed Dutch forward Justin Kluivert from Roma on a £9.5m deal. The 24-year-old joined the Italian club in 2018 and spent three loan spells at RB Leipzig, Nice, and Valencia.
Arsenal could complete Timber's deal for £35-40m
