Inter Milan have faced the departure of Marcelo Brozovic, a key midfielder in their squad, the club is undoubtedly on the lookout for suitable replacements. He made only 3 appearances for the club in 2019-20 season but he was loaned to Spezia in 2020, Brest in 2021 and Troyes in 2022. He possesses the ability to surge past opponents or simply knock them off their stride, something which should be suited to the Italian game and could see him dominate several midfield battles in Serie A. Witsel could help create a change of mentality at Milan following several seasons in different leagues.
