Harry Kane considering 'buying himself out of Tottenham contract' to join Bayern Munich

The Bundesliga champions are targeting the English captain
Surprise rumours claim that Harry Kane is prepared to “buy himself out of his Tottenham Hotspur contract” in order to clinch his transfer to Bayern Munich.
Since Kane’s current contract is slated to expire in the summer of 2024, there has been a lot of discussion about his potential transfer this summer.
Before choosing to pursue Rasmus Hojlund, Manchester United showed desire, and Bayern have monitored the player’s status.
The Premier League side rebuffed Bayern’s £68.5 million offer as they remain adamant about pocketing £100 million to sell their greatest striker.
Prior to the transfer deadline, negotiations between Spurs and Bayern remain stalled, with Kane apparently prepared to take matters into his own hands.
The 30-year-old could decide to “buy himself free” from the last year of his Tottenham Hotspur contract by forgoing a significant amount of his income, which is estimated to be approximately £20.6 million per year, as reported by the German publication Bild.

Given that Bayern are anticipated to submit an offer of £85 million for the striker, that sum might be sufficient to close the discrepancy and match Spurs’ estimate for Kane.
Despite the club transferring Sadio Mane to Al Nassr and unloading Robert Lewandowski last summer, Thomas Tuchel has targeted a deal for Kane.
Furthermore, Kane scored an incredible 30 goals in 38 games, matching his greatest season in the Premier League. The only player with more league goals than him in the English top division last season was Erling Haaland of Manchester City.
The England skipper has proven extremely productive throughout his time at Spurs, scoring 280 goals to set a new record for the team.
