Manchester United number '7' Mason Mount set to miss next two games due to injury

The midfielder will be available after the international break
Mason Mount will miss two games due to an injury, according to Manchester United.
The midfielder, who joined from Chelsea in the summer for £65 million, has started the first two Premier League games for his new team, but he injured himself against Tottenham.
With five minutes left, Mount was replaced by Facundo Pellistri in north London, in what seemed to be a standard tactical adjustment.
He won’t be able to play against Nottingham Forest on Saturday or Arsenal the following week, according to the club.
A statement has been revealed: “Mason Mount is set to miss Saturday’s game against Nottingham Forest due to an injury picked up in last weekend’s encounter with Tottenham Hotspur. “The small complaint is expected to keep Mount out until the international break next month.”
Mount, 24, thus becomes a question mark for England’s friendly match against Scotland at Hampden Park three days after the England-Ukraine match in September.

Mount moved to Manchester United from Chelsea just last week in a £60 million transfer. But he hasn’t yet played the entire 90 minutes for the team.
During the 68th minute facing Wolves, Ten Hag restored him by replacing Christian Eriksen; five minutes later on Sunday afternoon, Facundo Pellistri substituted him.
New acquisitions are reliant on outgoings; hence, the club has been attempting to offload Donny van de Beek first. The Dutchman hasn’t participated yet this year because, according to Ten Hag, he’s “looking for something else.” Real Sociedad expressed interest.
Casemiro, Christian Eriksen, and Scott McTominay are the only centre-midfield options available for Ten Hag after Fred departed the team, Van de Beek’s addition was cut from the roster, and Mount and Mainoo sustained injuries.
Along with Tom Heaton, Tyrell Malacia, Rasmus Hojlund, and Amad Diallo, Mount is another player on the injured list.
