Mohamed Salah 'agrees personal terms' with Saudi Pro League's Al-Ittihad

Al-Ittihad are ready to make Salah the highest paid player in Saudi history
According to SportsZone, Liverpool’s Mohamed Salah (31) and PIF-funded Al-Ittihad in Saudi Arabia have reached a personal agreement.
The prolific left-footed striker would allegedly sign a three-year deal earning a total of $240 million. Salah signed an additional agreement with Jürgen Klopp’s team last year, and as a result, he has presently committed to the team through 2025.
This morning, SportsZone reported that Al-Ittihad is getting more and more optimistic about signing the 31-year-old and pairing him with N’Golo Kanté and Karim Benzema.

The publication even claims that Liverpool and the Jeddah-based team have been in negotiations about a possible transfer for the Reds’ No. 11 over the past few hours. Salah has started Liverpool’s first two Premier League games this year.
He made his debut last Saturday during Liverpool’s 3-1 victory over Bournemouth at home. SportsZone has been informed that Salah won’t push for a transfer away from the team where he earned the 2019 Premier League and the 2018-19 Champions League.
Instead, if Liverpool doesn’t approve of the Egyptian’s transfer to Al-Ittihad, the Egyptian would be willing to remain at Anfield. On Saturday, the Reds will play PIF-owned Newcastle United in the third gameweek of the Premier League.
Relevo’s admission that the player is eager to transfer contrasts sharply with his agent’s previous remarks regarding Saudi Arabia’s prior fascination with the window.
Salah was the subject of reports of interest from Saudi Arabia earlier in August, with rumours that Al-Ittihad planned to pay Salah some £155 million over two seasons.
Salah’s representative Ramy Abbas Issa, though, asserted that the winger is still dedicated to Liverpool.
Dejan Lovren, a former Reds teammate, maintained sceptical that a transfer would happen and responded to the allegations by posting a GIF on X with the caption “Stop Lying,” which mimicked an extended nose.
Salah’s present Liverpool deal, which he inked last year, has two years left on it.
