Neymar set to be announced as Al-Hilal player today
The Brazilian forward has signed a two-year deal
Neymar will be unveiled as an Al-Hilal player today after the Brazilian forward agreed to join the Saudi club, which will see him earn an attractive offer for two years.
Neymar, a forward for Paris Saint-Germain, has chosen his new jersey number and will officially join Al Hilal this week.
After reaching an agreement on a two-year deal with the Saudi Pro League team, the Brazilian superstar will finish his six-year tenure in Paris.
He played just 19 Ligue 1 games on average per season while at PSG, and he was frequently lambasted for his history of injuries and off-the-field behaviour.
Al Hilal is expected to pay PSG €90 million (£77.6 million) for Neymar this week, and it is understood the 31-year-old was additionally granted the flexibility to choose a new shirt number.
Neymar will continue to use his reliable number 10, which is currently available and won’t need to be given up, rather than adopting a new digit.

Neymar has played the majority of his games for Brazil while donning the number 10 jersey throughout his tenure at PSG. Prior to it, he used the number 11 in Santos and Barcelona.
According to sources, Al Hilal has not abandoned signing Aleksandar Mitrovic. Earlier this summer, they established a personal deal with the Serbian international; but, despite saying they would be willing to pay €58 million (£50 million), Fulham refused to approve a transfer.
Leandro Paredes and Renato Sanches have both moved on to Roma as PSG continues to purge its roster.
Paredes, an Argentine World Cup champion, is expected to sign a two-year contract to return permanently to the Stadio Olimpico, while Sanches will sign a one-year loan agreement with a buyout provision if he participates in more than 60% of the Giallorossi’s Serie A games this season.
