Private Plane; Neymar’s lucrative contract bonus with Al-Hilal revealed
The Brazilian forward joins the Saudi Pro League side on a two-year contract
According to Foot Mercato, Neymar is set to have his own perks of joining Saudi side Al-Hilal, as the former Santos forward will have A private plane at his disposal, a huge house with staff, a €80,000 bonus for every Al-Hilal win, and €500,000 for every post or story he puts on his social media that promotes Saudi Arabia.
Neymar has decided to conclude his exciting six-year tenure in the French capital by joining the Saudi Arabian club Al-Hilal in a deal worth up to £86 million.
The Brazilian is going to sign a two-year contract with the Riyadh-based team, and upon passing a physical, he will become the most prominent athlete to have entered the Saudi Pro League amid its opulent transfer expenditures this summer.
For PSG, which also permitted Lionel Messi to go to Inter Miami at the conclusion of the previous season, the decision signals a change in character.
Last week, when Neymar was pulled out of Luis Enrique’s team for their goalless Ligue 1 opener against Lorient, there was no doubt about Neymar’s probable departure.
He is rumoured to have been prepared to move abroad to Europe and stay in Paris if the manager’s plans had allowed it, but eventually, the decision to relocate to Saudi Arabia makes business for everyone.
There is a perception that the money acquired from Al-Hilal for a player who will turn 32 in February represents smart business, despite the fact that PSG will suffer a significant loss on the enormous £200 million deal they spent with Barcelona for him in 2016.

The sale also allows PSG to off-balance Neymar’s earnings, which were valued at £25 million a year until 2027. To abide by Uefa’s new financial integrity rules, which will bar expenditure on salaries, transfers, and advisors’ fees at 70% of a club’s income while limiting losses to €60 million across three years, they are cutting their budgets.
PSG were penalised £56 million last year for violating its departing FFP restrictions, although £47.5 million of that amount was postponed.
Due to Neymar’s departure, Kylian Mbappé is going to be the sole member of the celebrated forward trio from last season to stay at the club.
The club maintained a strict stance when Mbappé appeared set to put out his current deal and leave for free next summer, likely to Real Madrid.
His prospects seemed uncertain when he was excluded from the Lorient game and prevented from exercising with the main group. Mbappé’s readmission was made possible by an outcome over the weekend: negotiations for a new contract are moving forward, and if it is finalised, PSG will not obstruct him from leaving in 2024.
