In an outstanding Indian Super League (ISL) match held at Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium in Kerala, Kerala Blasters FC and Chennaiyin FC showcased a remarkable display of game that resulted in a 3-3 draw, allowing both teams to share a point.

In a remarkable opening to the game, Rahim swiftly found the back of the net, securing the first goal for Chennaiyin FC within the initial minute of play, thereby granting them an early advantage. Not to be outdone, Kerala Blasters swiftly retaliated, with Dimitrios Diamantakos successfully scoring their first goal in the 11th minute of the match.

In the 12th minute, Jordan Murray successfully netted his first goal of the game, followed by another in the 24th minute. Continuing the scoring spree, Kwame Peprah contributed a second goal for the Kerala Blasters in the 38th minute of play.

In the latter part of the game, Dimitrios Diamantakos recorded his second goal in the 59th minute, resulting in a 3-3 tie and ultimately concluding the match in a draw.

Kerala Blasters

Sachin Suresh – 7

Sachin’s skill was mostly tested in the first half of play. Although his team conceded three goals, he was quite brilliant with some of his saves in the match.

Milos Drincic – 6.5

Drincic had a slightly subpar performance during the match. Although he attempted to elevate his game in the second half, his efforts were not quite as impactful as desired.

Ruivah Hormipam – 6

Ruivah was thoroughly outmaneuvered by their opponent while advancing with the ball.

Naocha Singh – 6.5

Although Naocha conceded a penalty due to a foul in the first half, he performed admirably at the defense line during the latter part of the game. 

Prabir Das – 6.5

During the latter part of the first half, Prabir was presented with a remarkable opportunity, however, he unfortunately failed to capitalize on it.

Danish Farooq – 7

Farooq ran in hard just to create numerous opportunities for his side, especially in the second half of play. 

Vibin Mohanan – 6.5

Mohanan appeared significantly more self-assured during the latter part of the match, as Kerala Blasters initiated an offensive strategy.

Adrian Luna – 7

Luna provided assistance to Peprah in securing the second goal for their team. In addition to his assist, Luna exhibited great efficiency in the midfield for the Kerala Blasters.

Rahul KP – 6.5

Farooq exerted considerable effort to generate multiple opportunities for his team, particularly during the second half of the game.

Dimitrios Diamantakos – 8

Diamantakos demonstrated exceptional prowess by contributing two crucial goals to his team’s victory in the match. One of his goals came from successfully converting a penalty, while the other was a remarkable long-range shot from outside the penalty box.

Kwame Peprah – 7.5

Peprah scored the second goal in the match with a shot from outside the box in the 38th minute of play. 

Substitute 

Pritam Kotal – 6

Pritam was substituted for Prabir in the 64th minute of the match. His presence on the field proved to be highly effective as he demonstrated utmost dedication in assisting his team to secure another goal.

Mohammed Aimen – 6

Aimen replaced Kannoly in the 64th minute of play but lacked at times the game Kannoly had built on during his stay.

Ishan Pandita – 5.5

Ishan replaced Ruivah in the 75th minute of play and had few opportunities in the short stay on the field. 

Marko Leskovic – 5

Marko replaced Peprah in the 75th minute of play. He also had few opportunities during his stay on the field. 

Daisuke Sakai – N/A

Daisuka entered the field in the 88th minute and had too little time on the field to prove his worth. 

Chennaiyin FC

Debjit Majumder – 7.5

Debjit had an extended and challenging day on the field. He faced a significant amount of pressure in the latter half of the match, especially when the Kerala Blasters unleashed a relentless offensive strategy.

Lazar Cirkovic – 6.5

Lazar was quite effective in the defensive line, he also got an opportunity to score a goal in the 54th minute of play but missed it. 

Bikash Yumnam – 6.5

Bikash executed his role admirably until his substitution. He executed several pivotal tackles in the latter stages of the match, effectively thwarting the opposition’s advances.

Ankit Mukherjee – 6.5

Ankit efficiently upheld a robust defensive line on the left flank while also making crucial clearances.

Ajith Kumar – 6

Ajith’s foul inside the box helped Kerala Blasters to receive a penalty which they later converted to equalize the score in the 13th minute. 

Rafael Crivellaro – 6.5

Crivellaro assisted in the opening goal of the match, aiding Rahim Ali in finding the back of the net.

Ayush Adhikari – 7

Adhikari performed well and played a significant role in executing short passes during the first half, which showcased their finest gameplay.

Christian Battocchio – 6.5

Battocchio remained active throughout the match, continuously delivering crucial crosses and passes on the field.

Jordan Murray – 7.5

Jordan scored twice in the match, one with a penalty and another with a shot from outside the box. 

Rahim Ali – 7

Rahim scored the first goal of the match in the very first minute of play that gave Chennaiyin FC a much needed lead in the match. He also assisted Murray in the third goal for their side. 

Ninthoinganba Meetei – 6.5

Meeitei had opportunities in the first half of the game, but failed to convert them into goals, which could have had a significant impact on the match.

Substitute 

Farukh Choudhury – 6.5

Farukh replaced Rahim from the start of second half of play as the latter got injured. Although he had a decent day on the field but couldn’t match Rahim’s game today.

Vincy Barretto – 6

Barreetto replaced Meetei in the 63rd minute of play and promptly demonstrated to be a significant asset for his team, as observed in the game.

Sarthak Golui – 6

Sarthak was substituted for Yumnam in the 63rd minute of the game. He demonstrated commendable defensive abilities throughout his time on the field.

Mohammed Rafique – N/A

Rafique replaced Adhikari in the 79th minute of play and had very little opportunity to prove his worth.

Irfan Yadwad – N/A

Irfan replaced Murray in the 78th minute of play and he also had few chances to prove his worth.
