England announce squad for upcoming FIFA U-17 World Cup 2023

The England team for the FIFA U-17 World Cup 2023 in Indonesia has been revealed.
Additionally, Chelsea prodigy Ted Curd, who is on contract at semi-pro team Hashtag United, received an unexpected call-up from manager Ryan Garry.
The 17-year-old goalie, who shone for Chelsea’s U16s and U18s, is considered one of Cobham’s best emerging possibilities.
However, Curd was unexpectedly loaned out to YouTube team Hashtag United over the summer, who compete in the Isthmian League Premier Division. YouTuber Spencer Owen started the Essex-based club back in 2016.
Hashtag United, who possess a sizable internet fan base, has investors, including Chelsea icon Cesar Azpilicueta.
Toby Aromolaran, the star of Love Island, is their main player, while legendary striker Adebayo Akinfenwa made a cameo appearance.

Now that Curd has been chosen to play for his nation at the U17 World Cup, Hashtag United is climbing the food chain.
Chelsea now have the most players in the England team, followed by Man City, who have four. Yes, there are a few prominent players from Ajax among other clubs. Rangers and Sunderland.
However, only two players from Arsenal and one from Manchester United are participating, with no players from teams like Tottenham or Liverpool.
