Senegal announce squad for upcoming FIFA U-17 World Cup 2023

Senegal will play in the U-17 World Cup for the second time

Amara Diouf, the captain of Senegal’s U-17 AFCON-winning team, is hoping that Indonesia 2023 will provide more priceless experiences.

It would be impossible to assume that Amara Diouf, with her youthful appearance, is a born winner at first glance. But he truly starts to break out of his shell when he speaks with the gifted captain of Senegal’s U-17 national team.

At the tender age of fifteen, with trainers and a beaming grin on his face, he exudes both ambition and character. After all, he has one goal in mind: to help Senegal win as many championships as possible.

The Fédération Sénégalaise de Football is in charge of the Senegal National Under-17 Football Team, which plays under-17 international football on behalf of the country.

The squad participated in the 2011 African U-17 Championship for its maiden continental tournament experience. The African nation participated in its first FIFA U-17 World Cup in 2019 in Brazil, following Guinea’s disqualification for fielding two players who were too old.
