Man United plotting January loan move for Al-Ittihad forward Karim Benzema

Al-Ittihad are ready to replace Karim Benzema with Angel Correa
Manchester United’s goalscoring woes have remained a worrying sign for the club despite signing Rasmus Hojlund from Atlanta for a record fee in recent summer. the striker has struggled to score goals but finally broke the duck and has only one Premier League goal so far despite being the top scorer Champions League.
The club is now looking for more options to solve their goalscoring dilemma and are interested in making a loan move for Karim Benzema.
Fichajes now asserts that Benzema is an unexpected priority for Manchester United, even though they have been associated with several names this month.
To bolster the team and increase rivalry within, manager Erik ten Hag thinks Karim Benzema would be a great addition.
The former Real Madrid player has been missing from Al-Ittihad’s training sessions lately, and he is starting to feel uneasy there. Lyon and Los Blancos are listed as some of his admirers as well.
The 36-year-old enjoyed an incredible season with Real Madrid the previous campaign, making 43 appearances throughout every league and contributing six assists in addition to 31 goals.

He nevertheless decided to make a high-profile move to Al-Ittihad last summer. In just 20 games, Benzema boasts 12 goals and 3 assists, but he is not happy right now.
The Frenchman would, in our opinion, be a fantastic short-term addition to the Red Devils, but a loan agreement would need the striker to accept a substantial pay cut.
At Al-Ittihad, he presently receives an astounding £1.66 million a week. For the remainder of the season, it seems improbable that United will provide more than £250,000 a week on loan.
It would be entirely up to Benzema to forgo his enormous pay to move to Old Trafford if Al-Ittihad declined to make up the wage difference.
United would benefit from Benzema’s big-game expertise later in the season. In addition, he may serve as Hojlund’s mentor and lighten the scoring load on him.
