NorthEast United re-entered the playoffs positions after defeating East Bengal in the ISL today.

The Indian Super League (ISL 2023-24) season featured two matches on the 10 February. In the initial game, NorthEast United emerged victorious over East Bengal FC with a score of 3-2, while in the subsequent match, Mohun Bagan Super Giant earned a hard-fought 2-0 win over Hyderabad FC.

Tomi Juric starred in NEUFC’s win with two goals to his name while Jason Cummings and Anirudh Thapa scored one goal each to help Mohun Bagan win the second match.

A brief look at the points table 

Odisha FC remain at the top spot with 31 points from 15 games. They are closely followed by FC Goa who added one more point to their tally and now have 28 points from 12 matches. 

Kerala Blasters are currently positioned third with 26 points, while Mohun Bagan take the fourth spot after their recent win with 23 points from 12 matches.

Mumbai City FC have descended to the fifth position, while NorthEast United find themselves back in the top-six.

Bengaluru FC move down to the seventh spot after NEUFC’s recent win, while Jamshedpur FC take the eighth position in the ISL points table.

East Bengal remain ninth with 12 points, while Chennaiyin FC occupy the 10th place in the table. Punjab FC and Hyderabad FC remain as the two bottom-placed clubs.

5. Liston Colaco (Mohun Bagan) – 3 assists
