Ibrahim Osman is a talented Ghanaian youngster
According to reports, Brighton and Danish club Nordsjaelland have reached an agreement to recruit promising teenage prospect, Ibrahim Osman. After making an impact on Nordsjaelland’s first squad, Osman has drawn interest from several teams, but Brighton is expected to sign the 19-year-old.
The Athletic claims that they are willing to shell out Nordsjaelland €19.5 million (£17 million) for the Ghanaian forward, who has already finished his medical. The transfer is expected to be finalised this summer.
In the current campaign, Osman has participated in 29 games in every tournament, tallying five assists and four goals.
Competing in the Conference League has also given him experience in Europe; in October, he scored in a 7-1 victory over Ludogorets.
Osman can play across the middle of the field, but he typically works from either wing.
Roberto De Zerbi’s style of play at Brighton are probably better suited to his adaptability since the Italian has a reputation for switching up tactics and systems during games.

Brighton and Nordsjaelland have already transacted company, as the Seagulls acquired Simon Adingra from their Danish rivals in 2022.
After that, he went on loan to Union Saint-Gilloise in Belgium, but now he went back to the south coast to make a name for himself in Roberto De Zerbi’s starting lineup.
Adingra, who is presently playing Ivory Coast away at the Africa Cup of Nations, has notched four goals in the top tier in 2023–2024.
They have advanced to the continental tournament’s semifinals and will take on DR Congo later today in hopes of making it to the championship match.
