The Brazilian has attracted interest from Saudi clubs
Casemiro is likely to leave Manchester United this summer, and the team will look in the transfer market to find a new central midfield player, according to reports.
Relevo claims that the seasoned Brazilian is already thinking about continuing his career in the Saudi league. Al Nassr have shown interest in Casemiro to get him back together with Cristiano Ronaldo.
Together, the two players had already seen success at Real Madrid. Because of his ailments and the constant attention he receives from the media, Casemiro is not happy in England.
The 31-year-old Brazilian was heavily criticised following a recent game against Luton for nearly getting a red card in the first half, which led the coach to substitute Scott McTominay at halftime.
Casemiro has participated in 17 games across all competitions this season, tallying 4 goals and dishing out 2 assists.
Manchester United and Casemiro have a deal that runs through the summer of 2026. He was purchased by the team for €70 million from Real Madrid in the summer of 2022.
Before the next transfer market opens, it is said that Casemiro is considering “retirement in Arabia” and that the country’s curiosity in the former Real Madrid midfielder “remains valid.”

Although having two years remaining on the deal plus an additional one-year alternative, there are “reservations about whether Casemiro will become part of an ongoing long-term project” during Sir Jim Ratcliffe’s “reconstruction process.”
However, it’s said that Man Utd “wants him to stay in England for one or two more years” and “don’t want him to leave at all.”
They will not block an exit if a “good offer comes in and the player requests it,” but they do “understand that there is a possibility of losing him.”
One commentator who has lambasted Man Utd for their acquisition of Casemiro, calling it a “terrible buy” last November, is veteran Liverpool defender Jamie Carragher.
