The Blues have continued to struggle in the Premier League

The only team with the same amount of losses during the previous season is Nottingham Forest (22), who are currently ranked 16th in the Premier League and just managed to avoid being demoted to the Championship in the 2022–2023 season.
In comparison, Liverpool have suffered 15 defeats throughout that time, while champions Manchester City have only lost 9 games.
