Joshua Kimmich nearing Bayern Munich exit in summer following fallout with management: Report

Joshua Kimmich is a transfer target of some of the top European clubs
Following Bayern Munich’s 3-2 loss to Bochum, midfielder Joshua Kimmich and manager Thomas Tuchel reportedly no longer get along, according to Bild (via @iMiaSanMia). It was claimed that Kimmich and Tuchel’s assistant Zsolt Low had a heated confrontation at the Ruhr Stadion during the full-time whistle.
This was the most recent incident in the growing tensions between the midfielder and Tuchel. When Tuchel tried to sign a defensive midfielder—a position Kimmich feels he can fill—in the summer, there were already simmering problems under the surface.
The 29-year-old had recently suffered a shoulder injury and had been training nonstop to get ready for the Leverkusen match. But Tuchel went with Leon Goretzka and Aleksander Pavlovic. Bayern went down 3-0 and with great conviction.
Under Tuchel, his “leadership” position has also evolved. Kimmich was an important coaching staff member and served as a liaison between the coach and the field under former Julian Nagelsmann, but under Tuchel, that is no longer the case.

Now that everything has happened, Kimmich is thinking about leaving Bayern in the summer. Several teams, including PSG, Manchester City, and Liverpool, have recently been connected to the midfield player.
The Man City board has been questioned by Pep Guardiola on Kimmich’s summer signing.
The boss thinks the German international’s adaptability is fantastic. He’s played at the top of his game both as a right-back and as a defensive midfielder.
For the Cityzens, Kimmich may cover in both spots and contend for a starting berth against players like Rodri, Matheus Nunes, and Kyle Walker.
Guardiola and Kimmich are well acquainted and still get along following the latter’s time managing Bayern.
