The Portugues scored his first goal of 2024
The Portuguese superstar Cristiano Ronaldo scored his first goal of 2024 with a brand-new celebration. In the Asian Champions League, Ronaldo scored Al-Nassr’s first goal at Al Feiha after 81 minutes of action in the round of 16.
Ronaldo was able to enter the penalty area and score past the custodian with a deft exchange of passes with teammate Marcelo Brozovic.
The 39-year-old did an alternate reaction to his famous ‘SIUUU’ celebration, running off to rejoice and jumping before crossing his palms over his chest.
With a 1-0 victory, Al-Nassr gained a narrow lead going into next week’s home leg, which they will need to win to advance to the AFC Champions League quarterfinals.
After a give-and-go between Ronaldo and Brozovic, the Croatian midfielder threw the ball towards the penalty spot, which the Portuguese player was capable of blasting beyond Vladimir Stojkovic, the Serbian custodian for Al-Feiha, and into the net.
Al-Nassr have not participated in any competitive club play because of the Asian Cup, and even though he visited China during his prolonged sabbatical, he was unable to play.

Due to the injury, he was forced to watch Al-Nassr destroy Lionel Messi’s Inter Miami 6-0 from the stands.
After witnessing Al-Hilal’s Sergej Milinkovic-Savic earn the MVP prize in the Riyadh Cup final over the weekend, Ronaldo bounded off onto the field.
Towards the conclusion of the match, Ronaldo flung his runners-up medal straight into the fans as Al-Nassr lost the Riyadh Seasons Cup final 2-0.
Al-Nassr will play their first Saudi Pro League match since December on Saturday night against Al Fateh, before the second leg the following week.
