‘’Kylian Mbappe is not our player,'' says Real Madrid’s Eduardo Camavinga

Mbappe is likely to join Real Madrid after end of this season

Eduardo Camavinga, a midfielder for Real Madrid, has stated that he is unsure if Kylian Mbappe will be playing in Spain in 2024.

In recent weeks, there has been a lot of conjecture around Mbappe’s future. The France attacker allegedly completed his transfer to Los Blancos and declared his intention to leave Paris at the end of the current campaign.

His national teammate Camavinga, nevertheless, denied rumours that an agreement had been reached. Camavinga responded to the Mbappe rumours during a press conference held before the game:

“You want to know the truth? I haven’t spoken with him at all, and I don’t know what he will do next summer… Mbappe is not our player, we are going to respect PSG. I’m not talking about that. I don’t know what’s going to happen, that’s the truth.”

Not just Camavinga has denied rumours that Madrid and the France captain have reached an agreement. In addition to stating that he would not address Mbappe speculation, Carlo Ancelotti also claimed that Real Madrid “already have the best players in the world.”

Though it appears that a contract has already been agreed upon, further information regarding Mbappe’s anticipated move to Madrid is expected to surface in the following weeks. Mbappe will try to contribute to the PSG team while they strive for Ligue 1 and Champions League glory up to that point.
