Friday night's game turned out to be a memorable one for the hosts.

After their defeat against Kerala Blasters, Friday night's ATK Vs Hyderabad FC match saw the hosts bounce back in their first home game with a 5-0 scoreline at the Salt Lake Stadium. Braces from David Williams and Edu Garcia and a solitary goal from Roy Krishna will hold Antonio Habas' men in good stead for the next matches.

Meanwhile, Hyderabad FC head coach, Phil Brown will have a lot to think about after this disappointing outing in their season opener.

Watch: ATK Vs Hyderabad FC highlights

Here are the Indian player ratings from the game:

ATK

Arindam Bhattacharya- 6.5

The experienced custodian hardly had anything to do in the game. However, he marshalled his defenders well and will cherish a dominant clean-sheet early in the season.

Anas Edathodika- 6.5

Anas had a great tussle with Robin Singh as he hardly allowed him any space in the final third. Probably his best game after coming back from injury.

Pritam Kotal- 7.0

The India international was placed on the right side of a back three. Despite playing in an uncharacteristic position, Kotal showed great maturity in keeping out the Hyderabad attackers. He used his pace to recover at times and lead his team from the back.

Prabir Das- 7.5

Das was not on the same tangent with Soosairaj, but he was consistent. Das had a balance in attack and defence and also came up with a couple of sublime crosses, assisting Edu Garcia twice late in the game.

Michael Soosairaj- 7.0

Despite playing as a wing-back, Soosairaj kept his attacking intent in the game. The former Jamshedpur FC man caressed his way past multiple opposition players on the counter and also did his defensive duties with aplomb. His shots from distance often rattled the bar and gave the Hyderabad defence plenty to think about.

Jayesh Rane- 7.0

Rane was back on the right wing for this game and his attacking panache was felt by Habas' side, as the winger created the third goal. He formed a great partnership with his fellow attackers and even dropped deep to augment the midfield. He was subbed off near the hour mark.

Substitutions

Pronay Halder- 6.0

The midfielder was brought in on the hour mark replacing Jayesh Rane, to add more steel in midfield and see out a handsome lead. He was different from the opening game, as he played an active part in the attacking build-ups.

Komal Thatal- N/A

The youngster was brought in for Roy Krishna late in the game and did not have that much impact.

Hyderabad FC

Kamaljit Singh- 5.0

Despite making a couple of saves, Kamaljit Singh's positioning will be questioned for a couple of the goals. However, the youngster hardly had any help from his backline.

Sahil Panwar- 4.5

The youngster could not find his feet throughout the game. He was caught out of position at times and struggled to contain ATK's attacking prowess.

Gurtej Singh- 4.5

Looked a completely different player from that of last season. Gurtej hardly had any impact on the game. The experienced defender gave away possession in dangerous areas and it came back to haunt his team.

Adil Khan- 6.0

The India international was back to his midfield duties for Hyderabad. However, he was not at his usual best. He looked pretty lost in the first half. Khan came back into the game in the second half, but by then the match had already slipped out of their hands.

Ashish Rai- 5.5

The former Indian Arrows man was taken aback by the occasion on his ISL debut. He failed to contain the likes of David Willams and Soosairaj and was substituted at half-time.

Nikhil Poojary- 6.0

Poojary started the game on the right flank and later was shifted to right-back. He could not inspire his team or create anything extraordinary. However, he made a little more effort than his teammates.

Robin Singh- 5.0

The lanky forward cut a frustrated figure upfront. Robin hardly got any service from his midfielders and failed to create even a single opening throughout the game.

Substitutions

Laldanmawia Ralte- 5.0

The former East Bengal man came in at half-time replacing Ashish Rai, as Phil Brown wanted to inject more energy in midfield. However, the Mizo failed to create any proper chance for his side, as the hosts dominated the game throughout.

Gani Nigam- 5.0

The former Gokulam Kerala winger replaced Marcelinho, which was a shock to everyone. He, like his teammates, did not have much of an attacking impact.
