Scott left the national team due to injury.
Bournemouth have been left frustrated and disappointed by an injury to influential midfielder Alex Scott, who has withdrawn from England duty after suffering a major thigh injury.
Scott shone on his full England debut in Saturday’s 7-0 demolition of Croatia in the UEFA Nations League. However, he will not play again during this international break and might miss up to two months of football.
According to Telegraph Sport, Scott experienced a thigh problem a few days before the match against Croatia, but he still played 70 minutes in Rijeka.
The 23-year-old has been one of the Cherries’ best players in the Premier League. He has started six of seven games in all competitions this season and has played nearly every minute of their Premier League campaign thus far.

Scott may miss up to 10 games for Bournemouth, including future fixtures against Chelsea and Manchester United. Marco Rose’s squad has yet to win a single game this season and is 17th in the Premier League standings.
England and Scott’s determination to take chances with his thigh condition contrasts strongly with more prominent players like Kobbie Mainoo, Declan Rice, Marcus Rashford, and Cole Palmer, who departed from this international camp due to fitness concerns.
Scott’s injury might offer Everton’s James Garner a starting spot in England’s encounter against the Czech Republic on Tuesday. Garner replaced Scott in the win over Croatia.
Scott has been a transfer target for several Premier League teams in recent months, and he remains a player of great interest to Chelsea. The Blues are considered to be at the front of the queue to sign the midfielder, having made many bids for him throughout the summer transfer window.
