The Canarinho have never secured a win against the Vikings before.

For their round of 16 contest, the Brazil national football team are going to have a face-off against the Norway national football team. This entertaining 2026 FIFA World Cup fixture will take place at the New York-New Jersey Stadium.

The Carlo Ancelotti-led side is coming in after barely securing a win against Japan in their previous contest. They gave away the lead to their opponents due to a sloppy defence. The Selecao must not make the same mistakes against Erling Haaland and Norway. They have top-of-the-line players in the squad and it is going to be a slight advantage for them.

The Vikings secured a 2-1 victory against Ivory Coast in their round of 32 clash. They took the lead in the first half, but gave it away in the second. It was Haaland once again who secured the match-winning goal for the Norway national football team. They are going to face a tough contest against the five-time world champions, but will be looking to put up a strong fight.
