Chelsea squad numbers for 2026-27 season

The squad numbers for the new Chelsea signings have been revealed.
Chelsea are beginning a new era under Xabi Alonso in the 2026-27 Premier League campaign and have made significant changes to their squad ahead of the new season.
After the disappointment of finishing 10th last season and missing out on European football, the Blues have gone all out in the transfer market to prepare a squad ready to challenge for trophies.
True to their policy under BlueCo., the Premier League side have added several high-potential young players across the pitch.
Midfielders Valentín Barco and Marco Palestra joined from Strasbourg and Atalanta, respectively. Geovany Quenda, Emanuel Emegha, and Dastan Satpaev joined to shore up the attack. Left-back Pep Chavarría signed from Rayo Vallecano.
However, Alonso has also opted to sign several Premier League-proven players. Crystal Palace defender Maxence Lacroix joined for £52 million, while Morgan Rogers was a marquee signing from Aston Villa for £120 million. Veterans Jordan Henderson and Danny Welbeck were also brought in.
All these players have been handed their official squad numbers for the upcoming season. Several players, including star striker Joao Pedro, have been handed new jersey numbers, following the departure of some players from Stamford Bridge.
