Transfer Talk- Barcelona considering late move for Rabiot?

Atletico Madrid are eyeing a late move for Marcos Alonso as City seek Argentine sensation.
With the transfer window clock ticking fast, rumours are never-ending in Europe currently. We have seen some big and shocking moves taking place and more could yet to happen. Managers are still looking to strengthen their squad in this inflated market.
In this article, we at Khel Now will run you through some of the important transfer rumours of the day:

Alonso to follow his father's legacy?
Diego Simeone plans to strengthen his defense as Atletico have made Chelsea left-back Marcos Alonso their target, amid speculation surrounding Filipe Luis. The Madrid-based club are reportedly interested in bringing Alonso back to his home country.
Though, according to the Daily Mail, Chelsea are unwilling to let the 27-year-old Spanish international leave as he has become an integral member of the Blues’ squad at Stamford Bridge.

Barcelona eye Adrien Rabiot
FC Barcelona are in no mood to stop making new signings this summer, as reports suggest that the Catalan club are preparing a late move for Paris Saint-Germain midfielder Adrien Rabiot. The 23-year-old midfielder has refused a new contract with the French club and his current deal will run down next season.
Reports from other French newspapers suggest that AC Milan are keen to sign the player on a free transfer next season. But, knowing that the competition would become intense later, Barcelona hope to sign the French international for a rumoured £44.9m.

Marseille end Balotelli pursuit
Marseille president Jacques-Henri Eyraud says his club have moved on from Nice striker Mario Balotelli. The 28-year-old striker was supposed to move to Stade Velodrome for the upcoming season. But as the negotiations were underway, Nice announced this week that the Frenchman will be staying at Allianz Riviera in 2018-19.
Thus, in an interview with L’Equipe, Eyraud admitted that a move for Balotelli wouldn’t be happening this summer.

Ederson is alone between the sticks
The defending champions Manchester City are facing an injury as backup goalkeeper Claudio Bravo recently snapped his Achilles tendon and could be out for a span of six months. With Joe Hart and Angus Gunn already having been sold, manager Pep Guardiola remains with only Ederson as an experienced shot-stopper.
Thus, 21-year old Montenegro international Aro Muric, who is currently having a loan spell at NAC Breda in the Netherlands, could be recalled by City as a backup option.

Ramsey unsettled at Arsenal?
Aaron Ramsey is in negotiations with Arsenal regarding his wages as he desires to have a hefty increment on his current contract, which will expire at the end of the season. But, according to the Evening Standard, Arsenal will refuse to double the player’s wages and yet hope that he stays with the club.
The 27-year-old Welsh international, who has been with the Gunners since 2008, isn’t a regular starter and might consider an exit from the Emirates, before the transfer window shuts at the end of the month.
