FC Goa continued to enjoy better position in the game and they soon inflated the tally in the 39th minute when Vasco SC keeper fumbled to cleanly collect a Sezwin’s effort which was punished by Vincy Baretto slotting the ball at the back of the net. In the second half, FC Goa continued from where they had left from. FC Goa scored their third in the 70th minute when Nestor backflipped the ball past the keeper.
