Vietnam vs India Live Streaming: When and where to watch AFC Women's Asian Cup 2026 match live?

India is led by former Costa Rica national team coach Amelia Valverde.
A billion dreams take flight tomorrow as the Indian national women’s team are set to kickstart their campaign against Vietnam in the AFC Women’s Asian Cup. The HBF Park in Perth is set to witness an electrifying clash as a spot for the FIFA Women’s World Cup 2027 is also at stake for two of the emerging teams in Asia.
This will be the second fixture of Group C, as four teams, including the likes of Japan, Vietnam, India and Chinese Taipei, will battle it out in the next six games to determine the two or possibly three teams who will make their way to the knockout rounds of this competition.
What to expect?

It was never an easy task for the Blue Tigresses as they went on to top Group B in the AFC Women’s Asian Cup Qualifiers. After defeating teams like Timor-Leste, Iraq and Mongolia, it all boiled down to one final game against Thailand, where India got the better of the home side to etch their names in golden letters.
Vietnam, on the other hand, had a dominating campaign in the AFC Women’s Asian Cup qualifiers as they went on to top Group E by defeating every single team, like the UAE, Guam and the Maldives. They are led by Mai Duc Chung, who has previously been at the managerial helm of the Vietnam U22 and the Vietnam U19 sides.
For India to cherish their World Cup hopes, they will need to salvage at least a point in the first game before taking on Japan in their next game. A win in the next game can massively boost their confidence, whereas even a draw would also be an optimistic result, given that two of the three best-ranked third teams will advance to the quarter-final rounds.
