While FC Goa dominated the early exchanges, Mumbai City are unbeaten in their last 12 games against the Gaurs and will be keen to continue this streak this Saturday at the Fatorda Stadium.

FC Goa and Mumbai City played out a two-legged semifinal in the 2023-24 ISL season as the Islanders pulled out a 5-2 win on aggregate. Lallianzuala Chhangte was the pick of the players for Mumbai City FC, scoring three out of five goals for his side in the semifinal.
