Punjab FC have a slight historical edge over the Blues

The Indian Super League is into its third matchweek of the 12th iteration of the competition. While most teams have played their opening two fixtures, Punjab FC have played in only one match owing to their encounter against Odisha FC getting postponed early on.

They will now lock horns against Bengaluru FC at the Sree Kanteerava Stadium in Bengaluru on February 27th, with kickoff scheduled at 7:30 PM. Bengaluru FC, on the other hand, started their campaign strongly with a controlled 2-0 win against Sporting Delhi.

However, they dropped points in their second match in a 1-1 draw with NorthEast United FC.
