Hyderabad FC got their second victory of the season.
Hyderabad FC secured a crucial 2-1 victory over Kerala Blasters FC at the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium in Kochi. This win marked a significant boost for the Yellow and Black, who have been struggling to find consistency in the early stages of the season
Andrei Alba emerged as the lead scorer for Hyderabad FC, scoring two goals to lead his team to victory. His goals showcased his clinical finishing and ability to make a difference in crucial moments. This victory will undoubtedly boost Hyderabad FC’s confidence and push them forward in the league.

Biaka Jongte – 6
The goalkeeper had a relatively quiet game, with limited action. However, he made a couple of saves to preserve his team’s lead and deny the opposition scoring opportunities. Received a yellow card during the additional time
Muhammad Rafi- 6.5
Rafi put in a solid defensive performance, making crucial interceptions and tackles. Additionally, his accurate passing and ability to join the attack as he had a total of 9 passes into the final third. Overall he had a good performance.
Alex Saji – 7
Alex Saji was instrumental in organizing the defence and guiding his teammates. His ability to read the game, make crucial interceptions, and provide guidance to his fellow defenders was crucial in keeping the opposition at bay.
Alex Saji also holds the record for the highest number of blocks in this ISL season and his leadership qualities were evident in every aspect of his performance.
Parag Shrivas – 8
His assist for the opening goal highlighted his creativity and vision. Moreover, his crucial goal-line clearance demonstrated his defensive skills.
His ability to contribute both offensively and defensively made him a standout performer on the night. Received a yellow for a hard tackle but was truly one of the most impressive performers for Hyderabad FC in today’s game.
Ramhlunchhunga – 6.5
While he attempted a few dribbles and crosses, his effectiveness was limited. He will need to improve his decision-making and final ball to contribute more significantly to the team’s attacking output.
Abhijith PA – 6.5
Abhijith put in a tireless performance in the midfield, covering every blade of grass. His defensive work rate was exceptional, as he intercepted passes, broke up attacks, and won crucial tackles. He also showed his skill, making crucial runs and delivering accurate passes
Isaac Vanmalsawma – 6.5
Issac’s performance was commendable. He consistently won the ball in midfield, breaking up the opposition’s attacks and initiating counter-attacks. His impressive performance and ability to read the game were crucial in maintaining control of the midfield. Was replaced by Lenny Rodriguez in the beginning of the second half.
Abdul Rabeeh – 6.5
Rabeeh’s performance was characterized by his dribbling ability and his eagerness to take on defenders. He managed to create several scoring opportunities, but his finishing let him down. While his intent was clear, he will need to improve his accuracy and decision-making in the final third to convert these chances into goals.
Substitutions
Lenny Rodriguez – 6
Came on to replace Isaac in the second half. Lenny’s experience was evident in his composed and disciplined performance. He controlled the tempo of the game, made accurate passes, and provided defensive cover when needed.
Ayush Adhikari – N.A
Came at the 82nd minute of the game and had some beautiful dribbles and even a shot which was off the target but couldn’t convert it into a goal.
Devendra Murgaokar – N.A
Didn’t have much of the game time but had one shot off the target. Overall had a decent performance in the limited time.
Sourav K – N.A
Came on in the last few minutes and played some good long runs.

Som Kumar – 6.5
Som Kumar had an excellent game, even though he conceded two goals at home. He stood tall in a crowded box, while questions were asked by the opposition crosses.
He was let down by his defence, conceding the first goal but bounced back stronger in the second half, stepping up at times with crucial one-on-one saves. However, he was once again disappointed by his defence, having to concede another goal from the penalty spot.
Sandeep Singh – 6.5
Sandeep had a decent outing in the flanks, playing behind Korou in attack. He often found the winger in open space with his accurate passes.
However, he was average in the defensive department, getting beaten on the flanks while conceding the first goal.
Hormipam Ruivah – 5.5
Hormipam started off really well, anticipating the Hyderabad through balls and making decisive tackles to end imminent counters.
However, his failure to clear the ball inside his own box led to the Blasters conceding. He kept his composure in the second half, putting in strong tackles and crucial blocks to prevent any threats but had to live through his worst nightmare after giving away a penalty due to a handball incident inside the box.
Huidrom Naocha Singh – 7.0
Naocha, shifting back to a back four, excelled with his inverting runs and line-breaking through balls. He kept his shape well while tracking back and was impressive both in attack and defence.
Vibin Mohanan – 7.0
VIbin Mohanan has been one of the most consistent performers for the Blasters. The box-to-box midfielder had a decent outing in the middle, delivering precision passes in attack while also tracking back to make decisive tackles in defence.
Mohammed Aimen – 6.5
Having made a comeback to the starting XI, Aimen was impressive playing on the left flank. His skills to beat the defenders helped him to open up the defence but he struggled in delivering an accurate final ball. He was subbed off for Freddy Lallawmawma, right after the first drinks break for tactical reasons.
Korou Singh Thingujam – 7.5
Korou Singh Thingujam had a dream full debut, assisting Jimenez for the first goal. His courageous run through the flanks, taking on the opposition defenders and a delicate pass cut back to Jimenez opened up the opportunity.
The Blaster’s right-hand side was pretty much alive, with him stretching the play, running in behind the defence and linking up with Coeff. He was subbed off in the second half for Rahul KP but the youngster certainly had a field day on the flanks.
Substitutes
Freddy Lallawmawma – 6.5
Freddy made an instant impact, coming off the bench in the first half, delivering delicate passes, splitting the defence to find Korou open through the flanks. He had a great outing in the middle, having played a lot of minutes.
Rahul KP – 6.5
Rahul KP came off the bench to replace Korou Singh in the second half, had a chance from a cross, served on a silver platter by Noah Sadaoui, which he headed wide. He was often an intimidating presence in the box, but could not convert the chances which came across his way. Overall, he had a decent outing.
Pritam Kotal – 6.5
Pritam Kotal came on late in the second half to replace Hormipam and had a decent cameo
Muhammed Shaheef – 6.5
Shaheef replaced Sandeep for the last few minutes and had more than a decent outing.
