ISL 2024-25: Updated Points Table, most goals, and most assists after match 50, Mohun Bagan vs Jamshedpur FC

Both ISL games entertained the fans with goals.
NorthEast United FC secured their fourth win of the season, courtesy of their first-half heroics as the Indian Super League (ISL) resumed proceedings after the final international break of the year.
Guillermo Fernandez opened the scoring for his side with a tap-in in the 15th minute before Nestor Albiach doubled the lead for the away side with a perfectly timed volley into the top corner. Punjab FC did pull a goal back, but the Highlanders managed to hold on to their lead despite going down to 10 men.
In the second game, Mohun Bagan wrapped up a dominant 3-0 win over Jamshedpur FC and handed them their third defeat in a row. Tom Alfred broke the deadlock in the 15th minute before Liston Colaco scored his first goal of the season and put his side 2-0 up at the break.
Jamie Maclaren added the third goal for the Mariners and wrapped up a perfect win at home in front of a jampacked stadium.
A brief look at the points table
Mohun Bagan have claimed the first position with a solitary win against Jamshedpur FC. Bengaluru FC have dropped down to the second position while NorthEast United FC have solidified their place in the third place with 15 points in hand. Chennaiyin FC continue to hold the fourth position and FC Goa are ranked fifth. Punjab FC continue to remain in the sixth position.
Jamshedpur FC are locked in the seventh position while Mumbai City FC continue to sit in the eighth position. Odisha FC are ranked in the ninth position and Kerala Blasters are in the tenth spot. Hyderabad FC continue to hold the eleventh spot with seven points in hand. Mohammedan SC are still ranked twelfth and East Bengal are ranked at the bottom of the table with just one point.
