ISL 2024-25: Updated Points Table, most goals, and most assists after match 118, Odisha FC vs NorthEast United FC

NorthEast United FC sit at the fourth spot in the ISL 2024-25 table.

NorthEast United continue to drop points from winning positions in ISL 2024-25 and have taken their total to 16 points being dropped from a pole position following their 2-2 draw against Odisha FC. It was an entertaining game by all means with drama, quality football and action on both ends of the pitch. The first half was a tale of missed and unconverted chances as both teams went into half-time with a scoreline of 0-0.

But, the tables turned in the second half when NorthEast United’s messiah Alaeddine Ajaraie broke the deadlock after multiple attempts. Odisha FC bounced back with a goal from Thoiba Singh a few minutes later before Ajaraie put the Highlanders once again and levelled Ferran Corominas’ record for the joint most number of goal contributions in an ISL season (23). It seemed that the visitors had a win in their bad, but Isak Ralte made it to 2-2 and rescued a point for his side.
