Both teams had to settle for a draw by the end of the match.
We have had the third straight draw of this ISL gameweek as Punjab FC were held to a 1-1 draw by Mumbai City FC at home. Both the teams had a few chances in the opening minutes of the game, but failed to convert those. Nikolaos Karelis hit the crossbar from a corner in the 14th minute.
Punjab FC finally broke the deadlock in the dying minutes of the first half when their skipper Luka Majcen executed a well-worked move to perfection with a world-class strike. The Shers went into half-time with a 1-0 lead. Mumbai City FC were quick enough to come up with a response and brought things back on level terms just a few minutes into the second half.
