FC Goa vs Jamshedpur FC lineups, team news, prediction and preview | Kalinga Super Cup 2025

The Gaurs will take on the Red Miners in the final of the Kalinga Super Cup.
FC Goa are set to face off against Indian Super League rivals Jamshedpur FC in the final of the Kalinga Super Cup on Saturday, 3 May 2025, at the Kalinga Stadium, Bhubaneswar.
Both of these teams have performed well this season and have gotten good results, but have failed to win a trophy till now. On Saturday, they will have a great chance to win this cup competition. The Red Miners have defeated the Gaurs twice in the ISL this season.
They will be looking for a hat-trick win over them. The winner will not only get the trophy but also a direct group stage spot in the AFC Challenge Cup. This will be an exciting and mouthwatering clash for sure.
The Stakes
FC Goa
The Gaurs have won this competition once, and now have a great opportunity to win it once again. The players and the staff would love to give Manolo Maruqez a good farewell as it will be his last game in charge as the head coach. They defeated the Mariners in style by 1-3 to enter the final.
The Gaurs from the beginning of the competition were the favourites to win the Super Cup. Now they are just one step away from clinching the silverware. They do have a squad which can compete in the AFC competition as well.
Surely they will be hungry to win it for the second time. The Gaurs will have to be at their best as the Red Miners will be a tough team to beat.
Jamshedpur FC
Khalid Jamill has once again shown why he is one of the best coaches India has produced. He has taken his team to a cup final for the first time in their history, and now will have a great opportunity to win it for the first time. The Red Miners defeated the Islanders in a tight, contested game by 0-1 in the semi-finals and booked their slot in the final of Super Cup.
They will be dreaming of playing in the AFC Challenge Cup, and surely they have the players who can get the trophy for them. They are in good form, and after the disappointing loss in the ISL, they will be hungry to win this piece of Silverware. This is probably the biggest game of the season for them, and they will have to give their all on Saturday.
Team and Injury News
Both teams will have a fully fit squad for this upcoming fixture, and none of the players are suspended for the final match.

The Spaniard has been a key part of FC Goa’s team this season, and he has consistently performed well.
