Sayan Banerjee completes shock move from East Bengal to Mohun Bagan Super Giant
Young winger ends three-year stay with the Red and Gold Brigade.

During the 2025 CFL season, he once again showed his quality by scoring five goals and providing one assist. He was one of East Bengal’s most important attacking players throughout the campaign.

Despite his performances at the reserve level, first-team opportunities were hard to come by. Under Oscar Bruzon, Sayan found it difficult to break into the senior side on a regular basis.
