Super League Kerala 2025: Updated points table, most goals after Kannur Warriors FC vs Forca Kochi FC

Forca Kochi registered their first victory of the Super League Kerala 2025
The bottom-placed Forca Kochi FC earned a dominating 4-1 victory against the fifth-placed Kannur Warriors FC in the Round 8 fixtures of the Super League Kerala. The historic five-goal thriller took place on the 23rd of November at the Jawahar Municipal Stadium.
Kannur Warriors started positively as Sinan broke the deadlock in the 4th minute to provide the hosts with an early ascendancy. However, this advantage did not last long as Sajeesh scored the equaliser, just ten minutes later, to bring the score to all square. In the 34th minute, Nijo Gilbert found the top corner after a brilliant team effort to provide Forca Kochi with the lead for the first time this season.
The visitors continued their momentum after the break, as Nijo Gilbert found the back of the net early in the second half to score the third goal for Forca Kochi. In the 66th minute, Abith marked the last nail in the coffin, scoring the fourth goal and putting the game to bed, etching a dominating 4-1 victory for the Forca Kochi side in the Super League Kerala 2025.
Updated Super League Kerala Points table after Match 23

At the end of Match 23 of the Super League Kerala 2025, there has not been a significant change in the group stage points table. With this win, Forca Kochi has registered their first points in the Super League Kerala. However, these three points are too few to change the points table, and Forca Kochi remain at the bottom of the table. Kannur Warriors, on the other hand, remain in the 5th position with 10 points and a goal difference of -3, slowly progressing towards the path of elimination.
Thrissur Magic FC are at par with Calicut FC with 14 points. However, a superior positive goal difference of six for Calicut as opposed to Thrissur’s positive goal difference of two means that Calicut remain at the top of the table, and Thrissur just one place behind them.
The Kombans, with three wins, two draws, and three losses, have 11 points in hand. The capital side is placed in the third position. Malappuram FC occupy the fourth place, just below the Kombans with ten points.
With the group stage matches coming to their business end, Thrissur Magic FC and Calicut FC have almost secured a spot in the semi-finals. The third and fourth position is currently battled by three teams, Malappuram, Thiruvananthapuram and Kannur. With seven matches remaining in the league, every point from now on matters, as it could potentially decide who stays in the competition.
