India vs Zimbabwe Live Streaming: When & where to watch Unity Cup 2026 match?

Blue Tigers defeated Zimbabwe when they last met each other 23 years ago in an eight-goal thriller.

The Valley Stadium in South East London, home to former FA Cup winners Charlton Athletic, gears up to host the bronze medal match between two debutants, India and Zimbabwe.

The Reggae Boys booked their spot in the Finals of Unity Cup 2026 after getting the better of Khalid Jamil’s men, who looked clueless in the second semi-final game against higher-ranked Jamaica. It took the North American outfit just eight minutes to break the deadlock.

A brilliant goal from Courtney Clarke, who plays for EFL League Two side Walsall, saw Zimbabwe take an early lead and dominate the game throughout. Local boy Kaheim Dixon, who plays for Charlton Athletic, made it 2-0 in the early minutes of the last quarter to seal the victory for Jamaica.

Talking about opponents Zimbabwe, they are also coming after a defeat to Nigeria in the first semi-finals. The three-time African champions made it to their fourth finals of the Unity Cup after a brace from Millwall forward Femi Azeez, who struck in the sixth and 63rd minute to destroy Zimbabwe’s title hopes.

What to expect from this clash?

Relatively, this might look like an easy fixture for India after playing against Jamaica, who were coming after a narrow World Cup qualification setback. After all, Zimbabwe are just a few spots above India in the latest FIFA rankings, but the reality is different.

In their last five games before coming to the Unity Cup, Zimbabwe won against teams like the reigning Asian champions Qatar and Botswana and drew against Angola.

Unlike Indian players, who only compete in Indian domestic leagues, Zimbabwe has a lot of players who regularly compete in top European leagues. Captain Nakamba started for Aston Villa in the Carabao Cup Finals against a star-studded Manchester City led by Pep Guardiola.

Their left wing looks scary with Chirewa, Wolverhampton winger who spent a loan tenure at Barnsley and Jordan Zemura, who plays for Udinese in Serie A. Indian team literally failed to impress against Jamaica and it looked like a one sided affair.

Khalid Jamil is widely known for pulling out some of the biggest comebacks, and after a painful AFC Asian Cup qualification fixture, the Blue Tigers will be hoping to at least grab a bronze medal in their first visit to Britain after almost two decades.

Regardless of the outcome, it will be a great opportunity for the Blue Tigers to ply their trade against some of the best talents from around the world.
