Furthermore, players with a huge number of social media followers are in great demand by the big brands in the world. Therefore, any celebrity can use social media as a tool to increase his popularity. Because in this way a celebrity may showcase his or her worth to the wider populace.

2. Sahal Abdul Samad – 309K

Sahal is probably one of the best midfielders in India at present due to his versatility. He is capable of threatening the opposition. He is a player who can dribble past multiple players with ease and is good at drawing fouls.

A few years ago he also received the prestigious Khel Ratna, India’s highest sporting honour and become the first footballer to get it. In his whole international career he scored 94 goals and most probably the upcoming season will be the last time we will see him playing for Bengaluru FC.
