Talking to the media in the post-match press conference, Goa tactician Sergio Lobera seemed relaxed even after his team had a disappointing game and hoped that the final will be very competitive.
When questioned about whether he expected this kind of a performance the Spaniard replied, "See expect is not the word, I expected a much better performance, but at a certain point, this is normal. We had a huge advantage that we brought from Mumbai, so the players must be thinking about the final or not getting booked or injured."
The Gaurs' head coach admitted that Bengaluru FC are clear favourites to win the title as he said, "If we look only at the two fixtures we played this season, then Bengaluru are the favourites. But, our approach to the final will be very positive and we will try to win it, despite I consider Bengaluru as the favourites."
"To win the final we have to learn from the mistakes we have done in the last two games. Pick whatever you have done right and keep doing it. I believe the final will be completely different from the last two games we played," he replied on what are the positives from both legs of the semi-final.
"To be honest I am a very ambitious coach, after the two games we played against them I want to face them in the final," he added.

On the other hand, Mumbai City coach Jorge Costa was extremely proud of his side's performance. When questioned about whether he was happy with his team's efforts on the field he replied, "I think we had a very good game, It was not easy after conceding five goals in the first leg. I am very happy with the effort the boys put in the game. I am very proud that we finished the season on a high and cleaned our image after the first game."
The tacician was extremely proud of his side's performance throughout the season, despite having a limited budget and players to work with.
[KH_RELATED_NEWS title="Related News"][/KH_RELATED_NEWS]"We were the last team to sign the coach and players and that too with the small budget. We didn't have the budget as other teams. So, with a new coach and new players we did really well throughout the season. We played against a top team in the semi-final and the way we played in the first leg, we did not deserve to play the final," Costa quipped.
He further added, "It's a different competition, but for now we have to relax. We were a finalist in this one. So, let's see, it will be difficult for players to give their best after a long season," he added when questioned about the Super Cup.
