Chennaiyin FC
Vishal Kaith- 6.0
Was largely untroubled during the game. Hyderabad FC rarely found their way through the CFC defence and when they did, it was often off target. Kaith however, managed three clearances, including one off the toes of Robin Singh.Anirudh Thapa- 8.0
A decent outing for the Indian youngster, who looked largely industrious in the Chennaiyin midfield. Thapa managed two crosses, two tackles and even a shot on target. Was unfortunate not to get more out of the game.Thoi Singh- 6.0
Thoi Singh showed signs of what he is made of in his return to the starting lineup. The 29-year-old completed three crosses and created two chances, even hitting the post from just inside the box. However, Singh was able to complete just 50% of his passes. Not quite good enough. [KH_ADWORDS type="3" align="center"][/KH_ADWORDS]Edwin Sydney Vanspaul- 7.0
Another adequate performance from the former Chennai City FC man, who was a constant threat down the right-hand side of the pitch. Vanspaul also maintained a passing accuracy of 72%. Very impressive for how far up the pitch he was.Lallianzuala Chhangte- 6.0
The Chennaiyin FC winger was perhaps the most frustrating player on the pitch, with a number of chances falling his way. But, none of them ended up in the back of the net. Chhangte was on the receiving end of a cross from Thoi Singh that seemed harder to miss than to score. Alas, it was just not the youngster's night.Tondonba Singh- 7.0
Tondonba was confident in his multiple attacks down the right-hand side, constantly supporting Chhangte in attack. The defender maintained an impressive passing accuracy of 84% over the 90 minutes.Substitutes
Germanpreet Singh- 5.0
The midfielder did not have a lot of time to make an impact. However, his introduction created that little bit of space in midfield that eventually allowed his team to move forward and earn the win. [KH_ADWORDS type="3" align="center"][/KH_ADWORDS]Hyderabad FC
Kamaljit Singh- 8.5
The Hyderabad FC shot-stopper was in fine form for his side, making a number of crucial saves to keep his team in the game in the first half. Singh made six saves and nine clearances over the course of the match. He was very unlucky to concede the goals in injury-time.Gurtej Singh- 6.5
In a defence that was constantly under Chennaiyin siege, Gurtej managed an impressive passing accuracy of 74%. However, he was often guilty of ball-watching and failing to clear balls that had no business being where they were.Rohit Kumar- 6.5
Kumar was part of a midfield that was largely overrun by Chennaiyin FC. However, the midfielder did manage to make four tackles and maintain a passing accuracy of 72%, before he was replaced in the 80th minute.Robin Singh- 6.0
The veteran striker found himself on the end of a rare chance for the visitors in the first half, which he fired into the side-netting. Other than that, Robin was largely anonymous for most of the match, with the creative Marcelinho seemingly off the pace. [KH_RELATED_NEWS title="Related News | ARTICLE CONTINUES BELOW"][/KH_RELATED_NEWS]Nikhil Poojaray- 6.0
A weak performance in midfield from Poojary, who maintained a passing accuracy of just 62%. Not good enough for a player of his quality. However, the midfielder did manage three clearances over the course of the match.Mohammed Yasir- 4.0
A largely anonymous performance from Yasir, who was wasteful in possession and shaky in defence. A game to forget for the defender.Substitute
Gani Nigam- 5.0
The striker was brought on just as Chennaiyin began their onslaught on Hyderabad and was largely lost for most of his minutes on the pitch.Latest News
