House Full Wankhede gears up to meet the GOAT!

The City of Dreams and the financial capital of India, Mumbai, is all set to witness the Greatest of All Time, Lionel Messi, tomorrow at the Wankhede Stadium.

After a messy start to Messi’s GOAT India Tour in the City of Joy, Kolkata, all the limelight shifts to Mumbai, where Messi, alongside Luis Suarez and Rodrigo De Paul, will witness an exhibition match. Messi is also expected to attend a fashion show to raise funds for charitable events.

A star-studded guest list, including celebrities from different walks of life, is expected to meet Messi at the City that Never Sleeps. In this article, we take a look at Messi’s Mumbai Tour Itinerary and the events he is set to attend tomorrow.

God of Cricket to meet GOAT of Football

Messi will land in Mumbai, directly after his GOAT Tour event in Hyderabad, on the morning of 14th December 2025.

One of the most iconic moments in sports will see the God of Cricket, the legendary Sachin Tendulkar, shaking hands with the greatest footballer of all time, Lionel Messi, at a padel tournament, set to take place around 4:30 PM IST at the Cricket Club of India.

GOAT Cup Exhibition Match in Wankhede

The Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai has been host to some of the most memorable moments in sporting history, including India winning its first-ever ICC Cricket World Cup on home soil in 2011. The same iconic Wankhede is set to host Lionel Messi tomorrow.

A jam-packed Wankhede is set to welcome Messi at around 5 in the evening. The gates will open three hours early at around 2 pm. A lot of Bollywood celebrities are expected to feature in the 7v7 exhibition football game at the Wankhede Stadium.

Messi’s final destination in Mumbai will be Charity Fashion Show

After the GOAT Exhibition match, Messi will be present for the private fashion show, where funds will be raised for charitable activities. Also, Messi’s Qatar 2022 memorabilia will be auctioned in the charitable event.

Apart from that, Messi is expected to meet and greet North East United FC owner, John Abraham. Other Bollywood celebrities, including Kareena Kapoor Khan and Jackie Shroff, are also expected to be among the few star attractions of the event.
