Full Time: NorthEast United FC 2-1 Delhi Dynamos

A huge result for NorthEast as they set up a fantastic do or die contest against Kerala with a crucial win today. They were more decisive in front of goal and eventually that made the difference as Delhi just weren’t at their game today in attack. Delhi dominated possession but Nelo Vingada’s side got the all important goals to earn three points.

ISL top scorer Marcelinho scored his 9th Goal of the season .

It’s a stalemate at half time as both teams’ defences have cancelled each other out. In a crucial game for NorthEast, they’ve been happy to sit back and hit on the counter. Delhi, meanwhile haven’t been at their fluent best in offence.
