AS Roma president reportedly wants Malcom from Barcelona with a goodwill gesture of Messi to AS Roma as well.
AS Roma club president James Pallotta has demanded Messi in return for stealing the signature of former Bordeaux star Malcom. The American businessman wants the five-time Ballon d'Or winner as an act of reconciliation. The 21-year-old forward was all set to sign a contract with the Italian giants until the Catalans jumped the gun to lure the Brazilian away from Rome and France.
The deal once announced officially on the social media accounts of both the clubs, was called off when Bordeaux received an offer better than the Catalan club. Bordeaux asked Malcom not to board on the flight for Rome and rather go to Barcelona for the medicals.
The American businessman, Pallotta, claims to have reached a verbal agreement with the French side and that they were the ones who should have been welcoming the talented forward. He further made his intentions of taking legal actions, very clear.

Pallotta feels that both Barcelona and Bordeaux are at faults and that both have done things no other club does "ethically". He further added that the measures of Barcelona have been immoral and unethical.
"In terms of Barcelona, it looks like a pattern for them over the last few years of doing things that just should not be done at a club with the reputation that Barcelona intends to have," stated the AS Roma president on the club website.

"In fact, they apologised for their actions and how they went about things. I don't accept the apology."
"The only way I'll accept it is on either one of two conditions: one, they give the player to us. That's obviously not going to happen.

No matter what Pallotta asks for, there's nothing he is getting from the La Liga champions - Malcom is officially a Barcelona player now. And Messi, he is been chased by all the biggest and richest clubs of world football, and it is hard to see him leaving Barcelona anytime soon.
