The Cityzens completed the domestic double last season!
Manchester City have seen a managerial change. Pep Guardiola’s time with the club spanned exactly a decade. Enzo Maresca has taken over as the head coach of the Cityzens.
Under Guardiola, they won the FA Cup and Carabao Cup last season. Arsenal edged past Man City to win the Premier League title. They were knocked out of the UEFA Champions League after a defeat to Real Madrid in the round of 16.
The arrival of Maresca might see a change in the strategy. He led Chelsea to the FIFA Club World Cup title in 2025. The coach will be hoping for a sweet time at Manchester City.
There have been multiple players who have come, while others have gone out during the 2026 summer transfer window. They did sign some players last season and have done it this year as well.
