The Nigerian forward lead his side to the Serie A 2022-23 title

PSG submitted a preliminary offer of €100 million for Victor Osimhen not long ago, but Aurelio De Laurentiis, Napoli's President, apparently wanted a price almost twice as high as that which the Ligue 1 champions were prepared to pay.

The French team may be able to meet Napoli's requirements for the Nigerian attacker if they are successful in offloading Kylian Mbappe this summer.

The Reds are the newest club to express interest in Serie A 2022-23 Golden Boot winner, who this season helped Napoli win their first Scudetto since 1990.

The Nigerian's availability is something that Jurgen Klopp is sure to inquire about as he seeks quality reinforcement up front.

Manchester United, who want to recruit a star up front, will be a rival to PSG and Liverpool. Both the striker from Napoli and Harry Kane of Tottenham Hotspur are targets for Manchester United right now.

Due to his outstanding Serie A achievements this season, the 24-year-old has garnered significant interest from clubs throughout Europe.

He scored 26 goals in 32 league games to help Napoli win the Italian top division for the first time in 33 years.

The Nigerian striker is in high demand, and since joining the club in 2020 for £74 million from Lille, Osimhen has only increased his worth. United are reportedly considering a £130 million offer for the striker as they search for a centre-forward.

His agreement, which is slated to expire in 2025, was earlier extended by Napoli in an effort to bind him.

Even though they put a huge £150 million purchase price on him, it appears they are now prepared to lose their man despite giving him a significant salary hike on his £3.9 million per year contract.

This summer, Erik ten Hag's team will consider bids for up to 13 stars as the Red Devils prepare to overhaul their roster in the hopes of raising up to £100 million in transfers.
