Martin Diaz is an Uruguayan defender who started his professional career with Defensor Sporting in Uruguay in 2008. In 2009, he had a short spell with Romanian side FC Dinamo Bucuresti. He moved to Spain in 2011 to play for CD Badajoz and was back in Uruguay in 2012 with Montevideo Wanderers FC. In 2014, he moved to Argentine club Atletico De Rafaela. He returned to Uruguay to play for Liverpool FC (Montevideo). The 29-year-old has also represented Uruguay in the 2005 FIFA U-17 World Championship.
